Gucci Mane seems to leak music whenever he wants, and on Wednesday (June 29), he dropped a hard-hitting single in the flossy "All Dz Chainz" with a cameo appearance from Lil Baby. The 4PF boss sets the tone by flexing about his life of luxury before giving the torch to Guwop, who utilizes the chance to pay respect to the late Trouble and ask for the release of YSL's Gunna and Young Thug, as well as Foolio and Pooh Shiesty from his 1017 Records.“Don’t get shot on the interstate, your girlfriend hyperventilate/R.I.P. to Trouble and free Thugger and free Gunna too (Thug)/While you at it, free Mayor Foo and free my nigga Pooh,” he raps over the Wheezy production. Gucci doesn't wait for a beat before addressing the contentious issue of rap lyrics being used against musicians in court. "The DA bring up lyrics in court, may not be true/And try to pen some shit next to your name that you ain't even do," he says.
With Gucci and Baby both preparing summer albums, it's unclear whose project "All Dz Chainz" will appear on. Thugger and Gunna are expected to remain in Georgia prisons until their trials in the YSL RICO case begin in January 2023.
