Kid Cudi headlined Rolling Loud Miami 2022, which began on Friday (July 22). However, it appears that some fans were still upset that he replaced Kanye West, who was initially scheduled to perform that evening.

Kid Cudi shouts at the crowd to stop throwing odd stuff at him in a film shared on The Shade Room's Instagram account, threatening to leave, which he finally does.

"I'm leaving if I get stuck with one more fucking item if I see one more fucking thing on this fucking stage," he adds. Then a water bottle is thrown at him, which was clearly the final straw for Kanye's former Kids See Ghosts colleague. The audience continues to boo as he drops the mike and goes off the platform.

In another version of the story, Kid Cudi is mid-song when he is smacked in the face with a water bottle. That's when he snaps, predictably.

In the second video, he adds, "Yo, I'm walking off this stage if you throw one more fuckin' item up here." "I'm going to leave." "I'm leaving right now."

Loudly Rolling For months, Miami organizers had been publicizing Kanye West's presence. They announced the unexpected cancellation on Monday (July 18), with no explanation.

In a statement, they added, "We were looking forward to Ye headlining Rolling Loud Miami 2022." "We worked on the performance with him and his staff for months." Unfortunately, Ye has chosen not to perform any longer."

This is the first time a headliner has missed our concert, and while we are disappointed, we wish him the best. We are excited to have Kid Cudi as a headliner in Miami and can't wait to see what he has in store."

Rolling Loud Miami 2022 continues on Saturday (July 23) with headlining performances by Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Gucci Mane, DaBaby, and hundreds more. The annual festival finishes on Sunday (July 24), with Kendrick Lamar headlining, as well as Lil Baby, Kodak Black, Baby Keem, and A$AP Ferg.
