Blueface Is Facing A Lawsuit From An Alleged Assault & Battery In Hookah Lounge Altercation

Blueface can't seem to stay out of trouble. He made news earlier this week following a violent incident with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Christian Rock. The altercation has prompted an official police inquiry, and it is far not the first time Blueface and Rock have clashed.

Now, a separate brawl from Blueface's past has landed the rapper in hot water. Ray Anthony Gonzalez has filed a lawsuit against the "Thotiana" rapper over an incident at the Blue Moon Hookah Lounge in Los Angeles in 2019, according to Radar Online. Gonzalez filed a lawsuit against Blueface for a variety of charges, including gender aggression, intentional infliction of mental distress, assault, and battery.

Blueface allegedly called Gonzalez a homophobic slur and struck him with a closed hand. Gonzalez alleges that Blueface and his entourage punched and kicked him and that one of the rapper's bodyguards smacked him in the head with a bottle. Gonzalez reportedly claims Blueface assaulted his female relative earlier in the day. She and Gonzalez both filed reports with the LAPD.

This isn't Blueface's first legal dispute over an assault. The rapper was involved in a violent altercation at Skinny's Lounge in San Fernando Valley in September 2021. The incident was investigated by law authorities when a bouncer at the restaurant claimed Blueface and his crew assaulted him.

Blueface's most recent brawl with Chrisean Rock is still unfolding. The rapper gave Rock $100,000 to leave him alone, but cops are still investigating their altercation on a Hollywood sidewalk.
