Drake and 21 Savage are releasing a collaborative album. The Grammy-winning rappers made the announcement in Drizzy's new video for "Jimmy Cooks," a 21-assisted single from Honestly, Nevermind. Republic Records, Drake's distribution label, also announced the release through Twitter, giving a snapshot of the project's title and the Oct. 28 release date.

Drake and 21 have collaborated on many tracks, including "Knife Talk" by the former, as well as "Sneakin'," "Issa," and "Mr. Right Now." They also reunited at Morehouse-homecoming Spelman's concert this week, where Drake appeared as a surprise guest.
21 has managed to continue to recognize Drake's achievements in hip-hop in the years since their first partner. Though he told GQ that he doesn't look up to anyone in the industry, he did say Drake was the closest thing he had to a mentor.
In 2018, he commented, "Drake is just a genuine-ass good-hearted person." “He did a lot of shit he didn’t have to do. He do a lot of shit for up-and-coming rappers, period. I don’t think he get his respect for that. Every fuckin’ year, he pull a new artist up. Ain’t no other artist on his level do that shit.”
