The hip-hop artist has been sued by a couple named Krisha and Jesse Grullon, who claims he hit them with his high-end car in Miami on New Year's Day 2021... merely to apparently flee the situation without even glancing at them.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the Grullons claim they exited a motorway and stopped at a traffic signal at the end of the off-ramp. Minutes later, they claim, Tory arrived out of nowhere and attacked their vehicles and truck from behind with an eco-friendly Bentley SUV.
Tory was advised by the Grullons not to leave his trip until he had a reservation. The worst part is that they allege Krisha was four months pregnant at the time.
The duo intends to have him rest for a deposition, which they want to take place early in 2023. They're also disputing Tory's response to their insurance claims in 45 days... either admitting or disputing each specific component of their case.
Tory is now engaged in a legal scenario in California on charges that he used a firearm to cause physical damage to Megan Thee Stallion— a case that will go to trial next month. He was also recently accused of assaulting August Alsina in Chicago... However, it does not appear that the policies are currently linked with that individual.
