Bankroll Freddie was one of 35 people detained in Arkansas on Wednesday for allegedly arranging to sell large quantities of crack cocaine and cannabis.
According to TMZ, hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewels and cash were recovered from the almost three dozen suspects arrested. From March 2021 through October 2022, Freddie and his East AR gang are accused of operating their claimed enterprise.
Bankroll Freddie, born Freddie Gladney, is also facing weapons charges for allegedly possessing six firearms as part of their drug trafficking conspiracy. A Micro Draco AK-47 lookalike weapon and a Polymer80 9 Glock clone handgun, as well as 21 pounds of pot, were discovered inside his vehicle during a search after cops pulled him over for speeding.
Based on his clean record, a court later concluded that the Quality Control artist would be given "every incentive to comply with his release terms." These terms included keeping a curfew, not socializing with offenders, and not consuming cannabis or drinking excessively.
Last year, Freddie was shot. He subsequently shared the wound on Instagram Stories with the message, "I'm good."
Bankroll Freddie released his studio album Big Bank last year before returning to the mixtape circuit in 2022 with From Rap to Trap 2.
