A recent incident thorough Kanye West's alleged unsuitable behavior as the head of his Yeezy empire.
Based on a Rolling Stone report published Tuesday evening (Nov. 22), the controversial rapper-fashion designer has been accused of showing members of his Yeezy team an explicit video and photo of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, as well as his own s** tape.
A potential employee who was interviewing for a position with Kanye's company recalled an incident from 2018 in which the Chicago native was dancing around the room while blasting music. After refocusing his attention on the situation at hand, Kanye allegedly pulled out his phone and displayed an image sent to him by Kim Kardashian.
""My wife just sent me this," West said, according to the creative. Kim's "intimate" photo was on the phone. ""It was very personal and revealing," the interviewer told RS. "I didn't react at all."
Kanye was "not afraid to show explicit images or talk about situations that should be kept private," according to a former Yeezy staffer.
The previously stated images, as well as others, were revealed in an instructive letter by Ye's former associates, who also revealed Kanye's other "problematic behavioral" issues, which include "verbal abuse, vulgar tirades, and bullying attacks."
Former Adidas employees said that prior Adidas executives were complicit in that they were aware of Kanye West's troubling conduct but "turned their moral compass off."
Following Kanye's switch from Nike to Adidas in 2013, the rapper called a creative he'd met once before and invited them to his house to discuss a prospective project. Instead of sharing anything work-related, Ye's laptop screen was filled with pornography.
Kanye released a 30-minute documentary on YouTube last month, that contained a scene in which he incorporates multiple Adidas executives in a pornographic video on his phone in front of two members of his team.
The document goes on to discuss Kanye West's mind games and demeaning behavior, including allegedly telling one female staff member that she didn't "deserve a seat at the table," forcing her to sit on the floor for hours during a meeting.
It was also stated that women who worked for the Yeezy firm were subjected to a "disturbingly" sexualized workplace, which was reminiscent of Ye's practices of using bullying and threatening techniques to obtain what he desired.
