Lil Durk speaks on Young Thug RICO situation and says he’s being “left to the wolves”

Lil Durk has spoken out against Young Thug's recent incarceration, claiming that the rapper is now being attacked in the YSL RICO case.

Durkio took to Instagram on Thursday (December 22) to demand Thugger's release, asking his fans to leave a green heart emoji in the comments to indicate their support.

"Drop a [heart] if y'all want thugg home and not being blamed or left to the wolves #FREEJEFF," he said, adding that he was working on his next album. THE "ALBUM MODE."

Fabolous, Jadakiss, Gillie Da Kid, Waka Flocka Flame, London On Da Track, and others left green hearts in Durk's comments section.

Lil Durk challenged the Fulton County District Attorney's Office earlier this month when he appeared to almost implicate himself in Young Thug's YSL RICO lawsuit.

On the Future-Assisted "Mad Max," the Chicago native revealed that he told Thug about every victim he shot. “I could have been part of the RICO, I called Thug and told him every n-gga I shot,” Durk raps on the track.

According to Atlanta-based reporter George Chidi, Thug is anticipated to remain behind jail until his trial begins next month, with no plea offers on the table.

At least five co-conspirators have agreed to plea pleas in recent weeks, including Thug's brother, Unfoonk, and Gunna.

Gunna pled guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge last week and was freed from jail after being sentenced to four years in prison with one already served. The remainder of his sentence will be fulfilled through 500 hours of community service.
