Tory Lanez Petition For Appeal Reaching 25k Signature Goal Days After Shooting Verdict

Tory Lanez's friends and families are uniting to rescue him from previous convictions... and they're going after the jury, the music business, Jay-Z, and even suggesting Tory be a sacrificial lamb to perform a good deed for African American women.

Tory Lanez's conviction for shooting Meg Thee Stallion to the creation of an internet petition, Appeal Tory Lanez Verdict. So far, 25k individuals have signed up, with no signs of slowing off anytime soon.

Tory's trial, according to the petition, was a "circus of speculation, insufficient evidence, inconsistencies, and drunken memories" that "left us without much moral certainty of any truth."

Furthermore, Tory supporters are blasting the jury, accusing them of being reckless and rushing their judgment, finding Tory guilty on all three felony firearm counts.

The petition subsequently focuses in on some ridiculous assertions —"This case is also about branding, marketing, label heads and a music industry that pushes narratives based on who they have personally invested millions into. Could Jay-Z or RocNation be involved??"

And when it turns racist... "Was this case taken because of a political pressure to fake protect black women? African-Americans went along with hashtags that didn't protect anyone & instead caused division between black women and black men."

It will be difficult to win an appeal... appeals courts seldom overturn guilty convictions because they view the evidence differently than the jury.
