Yaya Mayweather Sentenced To 6 Years Probation After Stabbing NBA YoungBoy's Baby Mama

Yaya Mayweather was sentenced to probation in the 2020 stabbing case. Yaya Mayweather's charge of stabbing one of NBA Youngboy's baby moms, 35-year-old Lapatrra Jacobs, back in April 2020, has finally resulted in a verdict.

At the time of the occurrence, Yaya was 19 years old. This happened inside Youngboy's Houston house, during an altercation between Yaya and Lapattra. Yaya wanted her to leave, so things got physical, and two knives were drawn.

Lapattra was treated at a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and underwent surgery. Yaya was charged with aggravated assault at the time.

Yaya was first sentenced to 99 years in jail, but that soon proved unrealistic. Because Floyd Mayweather is her father, she has a clean record and enough money to take care of legal finances.

Meanwhile, According to KPRC 2, Yaya will only be receiving six months of probation, in this case. This comes after she pled guilty and was granted Deferred Adjudication of Guilt.

Yaya finally had Youngboy's child at the end of 2021. They did, however, separate at about the same time. Youngboy has had numerous additional children with Jazlyn Mychelle after then. At the age of 23, the Louisiana rapper has an astonishing 11 children.
