A lot of factors must be met as part of Unfoonk's plea agreement. He must serve 750 hours of community service, is not permitted to carry a gun or engage in any illegal actions, has a curfew of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and is not allowed to contact Thug or any other co-defendants in the indictment until the matter is resolved.
Furthermore, he must testify if called upon, but he has the ability to use his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination. Unfoonk is one of five defendants in the YSL RICO case who have accepted a plea agreement.
