Judge Tells Nipsey Hussle's Killer That Gangs Will Be After Him In Prison

A Los Angeles judge sentenced Nipsey Hussle's killer, Eric Holder, to 60 years to life in prison.

Judge H. Clay Jacke II sentenced Holder to 60 years in prison during a hearing on Wednesday (February 22). One of Nipsey's pals testified at the hearing, while Hussle's father delivered a touching letter to the courtroom.

Holder was said to have "stared straight" throughout the hearings and did not glance up as the 60-year sentence was read. He was not eligible for the death penalty and will most likely spend the rest of his life in jail.

Also the judge who convicted Holder is fully conscious that other convicts may want to earn a reputation their own by hurting the man who murdered a famous rapper and gang member.

A judge tells Nipsey Hussle's killer that gangs would pursue him and that fulfilling his prison sentence will be difficult.

"He's a target. There's a green light on him from all the gangs. All the people that love Nipsey Hussle. And so his life in prison is going to be tough for as long as it lasts," said the judge.
