Drake Says He's Taking a Break From Music To Focus On His Health

Drake Takes Break from Music to Prioritize Health
After the drop of his latest album, "For All the Dogs," and amidst wrapping up his dynamic "It’s All a Blur" tour alongside 21 Savage, Drake has disclosed his intention to take a step back from the recording studio. Having released three albums in just over a year, the artist, on his SiriusXM radio show, "Table for One," candidly revealed that he's prioritizing his health due to persistent stomach issues.

“[I’m] probably not going to make music for a little bit, I’mma be real with you. I need to focus on my health, first and foremost,” confessed Drake during the show.
He further explained, “I’ve been having the craziest problems with my stomach for years. I need to get right, I have a lot of other things I would love to focus on so I’m going to lock the door on the studio for a little bit. I don’t know what a little bit is. Maybe a year or something. Maybe a little bit longer.”

As he temporarily closes the studio door, Drake is relishing in the reception of his much-anticipated eighth studio album, "For All the Dogs." Boasting 23 tracks and clocking in at roughly an hour and 30 minutes, the record features a star-studded lineup including Bad Bunny, 21 Savage, Teezo Touchdown, J. Cole, Yeat, SZA, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Chief Keef, Sexxy Red, and Lil Yachty, with a special contribution from Drizzy’s son, Adonis.

This new chapter signifies Drake's dedication to his well-being and suggests exciting things on the horizon for the acclaimed artist.
