Chance Kirsten Corley, Chance the Rapper's wife, is coming out after having been bullied for liking a leaked video tweet on Twitter.
Corley took to Instagram on Friday (Oct. 21) to address the current outcry on social media and the harassment she's been experiencing as a result of the event.
"Y’all really be reaching," she said in a selfie video released on her Instagram Story. "And he’s never going to address this, but all I have to say is, we were literally at an event all night the night before last, until late. We were celebrating. So, sometimes shit happens on accident. So, all you little trolls that are coming to my page that are getting blocked, y’all can go to hell." "Make it a great day!!!!" she wrote on the video.
Corley's answer comes after Chance The Rapper trended on Twitter yesterday night (Oct. 20), when people discovered the Chicago rapper liked and then unliked a tweet allegedly including trans video. "So Chance The Rapper didn't know LIKES are public on Twitter," one user said, alongside a screenshot of the liked message and a sobbing laughing emoji.
"So Chance The Rapper's likes are public and he liked some transgender p***. What are we supposed to do with this information?" someone else posted. "What do y'all be wanting us to do throw rocks at the nigga? Grow up."
Chance The Rapper has been silent on the subject, leading his girlfriend to make a stand.
