The Houston Police Department has stated that they are certain they will discover the individual guilty of Takeoff's killing, and they are asking anyone to come forward if they have any other information about this morning's terrible events.
The Migos rapper was killed down in the early hours of Tuesday at 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston after a violent argument over a dice game, according to sources. HPD Chief Troy Finner has subsequently addressed the media, pledging that the case would be solved and the gunman apprehended.

“Anyone who has information on the shooter, let us bring justice to this family,” he added. Finner also ruled out the possibility that the shooting was connected to any possible gang ties Takeoff may have had, saying, “We have no reason to believe he was involved in anything criminal at the time."
