Blueface Sued by Woman Over Las Vegas Strip Club Shooting

Blueface recently got a legal complaint from a lady who alleged she was harmed during a strip club incident in Las Vegas involving the rapper. Furthermore, the event took place on October 8, 2022, at the now-defunct Euphoric Gentlemen's Club.

According to a report on Thursday (March 23) by Las Vegas TV station CBS 8 News, Jasmine Brooks is suing both the rapper and the restaurant in issue. Additionally, Blue is accused of shooting rounds outside the event, and Brooke claims she was injured as a result.

According to court records, the victim particularly accused the rapper and security for her issues. She claimed she incurred "sustained injuries to her body, specifically her face, as a result of defendants' inadequate, unreasonable, and egregiously deficient property security." The lawsuit, therefore, does not disclose who hurt her or the extent of the losses.

Nonetheless, it adds that the 26-year-old “breached his duty of reasonable care by carrying and firing a firearm into a crowded room f people. "[The gentlemen's club] allowed defendant Blueface to be a guest on their premises at all relevant times while in possession of an unidentified firearm," the complaint stated.

In addition, Brooke apparently wants a jury trial and more than $15,000 in damages. Furthermore, this adds to the already substantial legal burden that the "Thotiana" MC suffered as a result of the event.

Additionally, he was detained on November 15, that year, just about a month after the incident. In addition, he was charged with attempted murder when a club customer said he was assaulted by his gang for making a joke about their automobile.
