NBA YoungBoy's Interview Sparks Emotional Exchange on Grieving with Gillie Da Kid
NBA YoungBoy took the conversation in a different direction during his appearance on Million Dollaz Worth of Game, prompting an emotional exchange about Gillie Da Kid's recent loss. Gillie and Wallo traveled to Utah to meet YoungBoy at Grave Digger Mountain, where the interview took a poignant turn.

When YoungBoy inquired about Gillie's current life, the former rapper opened up about the challenges he faces every day since losing his son, Cheese. Gillie expressed the difficulty of dealing with the loss, emphasizing that he struggles daily, particularly given that his son was a year older than YoungBoy. Waking up each day, Gillie shared that his son's memory is the first thing on his mind but he acknowledged the need to stay strong for his family.

Reflecting on his own life, Gillie found solace in knowing that he played a role in creating a positive family history. He highlighted his commitment to ensuring the next generation wouldn't face hardships because he worked to leave a legacy. As he approached a certain age, Gillie noted that life ceased to be solely about himself, emphasizing the importance of family and generational impact.

Tragically, Cheese's life was cut short on the night of July 20 in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood. He was 25 years old when he was shot once in the back. Despite being rushed to the hospital by police, he was pronounced dead. Two other individuals, a 28-year-old man and a 31-year-old man, were also shot and hospitalized during the incident.

Taking charge of the conversation, NBA YoungBoy shifted the focus to Wallo, seeking his perspective on life in the present day. The interview delved into profound discussions about loss, resilience, and the enduring impact of family history.
