While Taylor Swift showcased her familiar presence cheering on boyfriend Travis Kelce during KC's hard-fought victory against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night (Jan. 22), the Detroit Lions had their own mega-platinum No. 1 fan earlier in the day, energizing the crowd and securing a spot in the NFC championship round for the first time in 32 years.
Eminem, a legendary figure in Detroit, once again occupied a skybox, witnessing the action from on high. A moment of sheer excitement occurred when the stadium screens flashed a legendary September tweet from the rapper, exclaiming, "Let’s f–king go!!!! Detroit." The crowd erupted as the iconic 8 Mile pump-up anthem, "Lose Yourself," echoed through the stadium speakers.

Em further engaged with the excitement, responding to a meme featuring his 8 Mile character B-Rabbit. The meme humorously depicted Lions QB Jared Goff and the team arriving at the NFC Championship game, to which Eminem wrote, "Can’t believe I did it again!!! @Lions."

In 2022, the then-49-year-old appeared on HBO's NFL series Hard Knocks, stating his readiness to step onto the field if needed. He declared, "I said I’m here for whatever position. I’m here.
