Within the Cenat family, Kailen has three siblings: a younger brother named Kaleel, an older brother named Devonte, and a twin sister named Kaia. His educational journey led him to the Frederick Douglass Academy for his secondary education. 

He graduated from high school in 2019 and subsequently embarked on his academic pursuit at the State University of New York at Morrisville on August 27, 2019, focusing on Business Administration. On January 5, 2023, Kailen faced allegations from TikToker Jovi Pena, accusing him of downplaying and neglecting her after an alleged assault during a New Year's Eve party he hosted. Pena disclosed that, in her inebriated state, she sought permission to leave the party, to which Kailen advised her to rest in an upstairs room. 

Tragically, she claimed to have been assaulted by a fellow attendee named Djigui Seck while she was unconscious. In response, Kailen asserted that he delayed his response in order to contact law enforcement and his legal counsel. He also emphasized his intention to keep the incident private, expressing shock and distancing himself from the parties involved.


January 31, 2023, marked the commencement of Kailen's month-long subathlon. By February 28, 2023, he had achieved a historic milestone, becoming the most-subscribed Twitch streamer of all time, with a peak of 306,621 subscribers. This triumph culminated with him clinching the prestigious "Streamer of the Year" title at the 12th Streamer Awards on March 11, 2023.

In March 2023, reports surfaced indicating that Kailen was generating approximately $23,280 per month from his sleep streams, amassing an annual income of $285,480. 

According to Streams Charts, his sleep broadcasts garnered over 5.6 million hours of viewership, underscoring the remarkable engagement levels during these sessions.

On April 17, 2023, Kailen faced a temporary suspension from Twitch, with the specific reasons remaining undisclosed. He eventually returned, clarifying that the initial announcement of a permanent ban had been made in error.
