During a recent appearance on The Big Podcast with Jamal Crawford and Shaquille O’Neal, T.I. shared intriguing insights into the rap industry. Discussing studio experiences, T.I. recalled moments where he had to revisit his verses, citing notable artists like Andre 3000, Eminem, and Nipsey Hussle.

According to T.I., Andre 3000, Eminem, and Nipsey Hussle were the artists who took the longest to complete their verses. He described Nipsey as particularly meticulous, recalling an instance where they fell asleep waiting for Nipsey to finish his verse. While T.I. expected this from Andre 3000, given his reputation for perfectionism, he highlighted Eminem and Nipsey's attention to detail during the recording process.

When I did song with Andre 3000, I was already expecting that. When you work with Andre, I already had my verses and I gave it to him. The three people who have taken the longest to complete the verse in history in my career are: Andree 3000, Eminem and Nipsey Hussle. Nipsey was really meticulous. Man, we fell asleep, waiting on, we woke up and we were like ‘I’ll catch up with you later man, we will finish this later’.
