Benny The Butcher Supports J. Cole's Exit from Kendrick Lamar & Drake Beef Drama
Benny The Butcher has recently voiced his support for J. Cole's decision to step back from the ongoing feud between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, often referred to as the "big three" beef in hip-hop circles.

In a recent interview with Fight Hype, the Buffalo, New York rapper shared his thoughts on Cole's controversial apology to Kendrick Lamar for dissing him on the track "7 Minute Drill," which Cole later removed from streaming platforms.
Speaking candidly about the feud between Kendrick and Drake, Benny acknowledged the gossip-like nature of the battle. He expressed understanding for Cole's choice to distance himself from the drama, stating:
That’s my dog. Honestly, you can see how gossipy and everything that this battle’s turned into. Do you blame him for not wanting to be a part of this at this moment? Do you blame him? I don’t. I probably would’ve went about it in a different way, but it’s like a gossip battle.

Benny highlighted the shift from traditional rap battles to a more personal and gossipy exchange, indicating his reluctance to engage in such a discourse.

J. Cole Applauded by Benny the Butcher for Exiting Kendrick Lamar and Drake Beef:

Despite acknowledging that he might have handled it differently, Benny emphasized the negative aspects of the feud, characterizing it as more about "telling-each-other’s-business" than true rap competition.

The tension between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has escalated recently, with both artists trading scandalous allegations in their respective diss tracks.

Interestingly, Benny The Butcher's comments come amidst his own involvement in rap beef, notably with fellow rapper Freddie Gibbs.

The feud between Benny and Gibbs began after Gibbs made a joke about Benny's past injury, which allegedly led to a physical altercation involving Gibbs being jumped by Benny's entourage in Buffalo.

The feud has taken various forms, including social media jabs and personal confrontations, such as Benny hanging out with Gibbs' ex-girlfriend, who is also the mother of his child.

Despite the drama, Benny The Butcher has collaborated with J. Cole in the past, showcasing a professional relationship separate from the ongoing tensions in the hip-hop community.

Benny The Butcher's support for J. Cole's decision to distance himself from the Kendrick Lamar and Drake feud reflects a growing sentiment within the rap community regarding the negative impact of personal beefs on the culture.
