Drake Reacts to "F* Kendrick" Chants at Wireless Festival

Drake Reacts as Crowd Chants Against Kendrick Lamar During Wireless Festival

Drake Fires Back at Kendrick Lamar Chants During Explosive Wireless Festival Set

Drake lit up the stage for the second night of his three-night headlining run at Wireless Festival 2025, and things got real when the crowd turned their energy toward his biggest rival: Kendrick Lamar.

Billed as "Drake & The Mandem," the Saturday night show was more than just a performance—it was a hip-hop spectacle packed with top-tier UK talent, including Central Cee, J Hus, and Dave.

But what started as a celebration of rap quickly turned into another chapter in the ongoing Drake vs. Kendrick saga.

During a brief pause between songs, Drake addressed the audience with a flex only a rap heavyweight could deliver:

“Three nights headlining, three different sets, three different vibes. Name another artist that can do that and bring him up here, and we can clash right now.”

The crowd didn’t hesitate. A chant of "F* Kendrick" broke out, loud enough that Drake took out his in-ear monitors to soak it in.

Once the message was clear, Drake leaned in.

“Chubbs, grab me a shot—I’ll drink to that.”

Moments later, shot in hand, he doubled down:

“Y’all thought y’all could knock The Boy off for real?”

Drake Throws Shade Back as Fans Chant Against Kendrick Lamar:

The audience responded with a thunderous “NO!”, before Drake dove into "NOKIA," one of the more aggressive tracks in his setlist—some say aimed squarely at Kendrick.

Drake didn’t stop with just one target. The Toronto rapper also threw sneaky shade at LeBron James, his former close friend.

LeBron was recently seen front-row at Bad Bunny’s residency kickoff in Puerto Rico, stirring speculation that he’s switching allegiances in rap’s biggest feud.

Though Drake didn’t mention LeBron directly, fans picked up on the energy. The bars hit harder when context is king.
