Lil Durk is working on his next album, yet he's hinted that the LP will take his artistry to a new level in 2023.
On Sunday night, the Chicago rapper hinted at The Voice 2.0 project's progression in an Instagram Story (February 26). "This album ain't regular," he commented with a shot of himself on stage.
Despite the lack of a definitive release date, Durkio has continued to tease The Voice 2.0 with a number of social media updates, and many expect the LP to come later this year.
The OTF leader kept active in 2022 with the release of his 7220 album, which became his first project to make it to the top of the Billboard 200 within a week of selling 120,500 total album-equivalent units in the first week last March.
“I got a real #1 album I came a long way and really ain’t suppose to be here,” Durk took to Instagram to comment on his success.
“I been here 10years and still feel like a new artist thank my team and thank my label and the fans …. Ps a real #1 not a fake one.”
