Tekashi 6ix9ine was brutally attacked by a bunch of men inside a South Florida gym... his injuries were so severe that he was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
According to 6ix9ine's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, the rapper was inside the sauna at a LA Fitness on Tuesday when he was attacked by several individuals without notice.
According to Lazzaro, 6ix9ine attempted to fend off the combatants, but there were too many of them, and he was beaten to a pulp before leaving. Lance adds that 6ix9ine was not accompanied by security at the time of the incident.
The disturbance was seen by gym personnel, who promptly contacted a management. He was then taken to a hospital by ambulance after police and EMS were summoned to the site.

TMZ obtained a photo of Tekashi taken from the hospital where you can see the damage to his face -- with gashes and swelling. they told TMZ that he also suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs and his back.

Lazzaro says, is he plans to call the Feds to make sure 6ix9ine gets the protection he clearly needs. Remember, he was granted early release from federal prison after cooperating with authorities to land several of his gang member cohorts behind bars.
It's currently unclear if the gym attack had anything to do with Tekashi's cooperation.
